摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Agilent Zorbax RX-C8色谱柱和紫外检测器,在230nm波长下对咪铜·噻霉酮悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法对于咪鲜胺铜盐、噻霉酮的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9996,标准偏差分别为0.13%、0.02%,变异系数分别为0.44%、0.34%,平均回收率分别为99.46%、100.54%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Prochloraz copper(Ⅱ)and Benziothiazolinone SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,Agilent Zorbax RX-C8column at 230nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9997 and 0.9996,the standard deviations of 0.13%and 0.02%,the variation coefficients of 0.44%and 0.34%,the average recovery rates of 99.46%and 100.54%were obtained for Prochloraz copper(Ⅱ)and Benziothiazolinone,respectively.
