摘要
为了提高商贸企业绿色转型的绩效,本文在“双碳”目标下,从战略层面研究商贸企业的绿色转型路径,提出了商贸企业绿色转型的着力点及在落实着力点时所面临的压力。本文以压力为切入点,提出了三个方面的绿色转型路径:包装新材料选择和包装重复使用相兼顾、建立配送中心以发挥仓储的蓄水池作用、开发基于移动智能终端的电子商务系统等。
To improve the performance of the green transformation of commercial enterprises,this paper studies the paths for the green transformation of commercial enterprises from the strategic level with the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and proposes the focus of the green transformation of commercial enterprises and the pressure they face in implementing the focus.With the pressure as the breakthrough point,three green transformation paths are proposed,namely the selection of new packaging materials and the reuse of packaging,the establishment of distribution centers to play the role of storage pools,and the development of e-commerce systems based on mobile intelligent terminals,etc.
