摘要
失业问题关系着各国的社会民生。本文以2021年《中国统计年鉴》发布的2000—2020年相关数据为基础,划分出人口、经济与社会三组变量,应用改进后的GRA模型研究我国城镇失业规模的影响因素。研究表明:年龄结构、性别结构、经济总量、通货膨胀、产业结构、社会保障与高等教育均为影响我国城镇失业规模比较重要的因素。对此,我国应充分把握各影响因素的作用机制,结合现实情况出台配套措施,对控制城镇失业规模、缓解社会失业问题意义重大。
Unemployment is related to the people's livelihood in all countries.Based on the data from 2000 to 2020 released by China Statistical Yearbook in 2021,this paper divides three groups of variables,demographic,economic and social variables,and applies the improved GRA model to study the factors influencing the scale of urban unemployment in China.The study shows that age structure,gender structure,economic volume,inflation,industrial structure,social security,and higher education are the more important factors influencing the scale of urban unemployment in China.In this regard,China should fully grasp the mechanism of each influencing factor and introduce supporting measures following the real situation,which is significant to control the scale of urban unemployment and alleviate the problem of social unemployment.
