含风光储联合发电系统的主动配电网无功优化 被引量:44

Reactive power optimization of active distribution network with wind-photovoltaic-energy storage hybrid generation system

摘要 为了提高风、光能的利用率及降低其出力波动性对配电网的冲击,利用风力与太阳能时间与空间上的互补性及储能装置对功率的平抑作用建立含风光储联合发电系统的主动配电网模型,以无功补偿装置作为优化变量对主动配电网进行多时段动态无功优化,以电压偏差及网络损耗最小为多目标建立优化模型,利用凸松弛技术将优化模型转换为具有凸可行域的二阶锥规划(SOCP)模型。在IEEE 33节点配电系统上进行仿真,对含不同类型的分布式电源发电方式的配电网进行无功优化,对比分析其对主动配电网调压降损的作用,并且对风光储联合发电系统的优化策略进行分析,最后验证了二阶锥规划松弛技术的精确性及可靠性。 In order to improve the utilization rate of wind and light energy and reduce the impact of its output volatility on the distribution network, the active distribution system model with wind-photovoltaic-energy storage hybrid generation system is established by using the time and space complementarity between wind and solar energy and the soothing effect of energy storage device on power. With the reactive compensation device as the optimization variable, multi-period dynamic reactive optimization of the active distribution network is established, the multi-objective optimization model with the lowest network loss and voltage deviation is established, and the optimization model is converted into a second-order cone programming(SOCP) model with convex feasible domain by using the relaxation technology. Finally, the simulation is carried out on IEEE 33-node distribution system, the reactive optimization is conducted for distribution network with different types of distributed power generation modes, the role of the active distribution network pressure control and loss reduction is compared with the analysis, and the optimization strategy of wind-photovoltaic-energy storage hybrid generation system is analyzed. Finally, the accuracy and reliability of second-order cone programming relaxation technology are verified.
