摘要
处在基础设施前沿的水利勘测设计企业在经历信息化、智慧化转型后,如何高效提升数字化水平和数字化运行交付能力是必须面对的重要课题。从工作实际出发,结合水利勘测设计行业上下游工作环节和新型生态环境,分析数字化转型面对的运行、技术、人才、基础设施等诸多难题,提出可行的解决方案,为水利勘测设计企业数字化转型之路提供参考。
The water conservancy survey and design enterprises at the forefront of infrastructure,after being tempered by informatization and intelligence,how to effectively improve the digital level and digital operation and delivery capacity is an important issue that must face.Starting from the actual work,combined with the upstream and downstream work links of the water conservancy survey and design industry and the new ecological environment,this paper analyzes operational,technical,talent,and infrastructure challenges faced by digital transformation,and proposes feasible solutions,so as to provide a reference for the digital transformation of water conservancy survey and design enterprises.
