南水北调中线干线冰期输水动态调度初探 被引量:14

摘要 为保障输水运行安全,南水北调中线安阳河以北段针对冰期通常采取高水位、小流量、低流速的输水模式,导致下游供水量较正常输水期大幅度减少,既影响工程效益发挥,也使得冬季水量供需矛盾日益凸显。基于历史观测数据和冰情发展规律,在2021—2022年度冰期输水期间,中线工程首次采用动态调度、优化控制的方式,预测研判气温、水温、冰情发展,采取相宜的调度模式,科学增加输水的时间和范围,在安全平稳完成冰期输水任务的同时,冬季3个月安阳河以下实际供水量较同期计划增加3.38亿m^(3),动态调度实效显著。 In order to ensure safe operation,the mode of water diversion at high water level,small flow discharge and low flow velocity is usually adopted during freezing period for the northern section of Anyang River of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project.As a result,the amount of water supply shall be reduced dramatically in downstream compared with the normal period,which may influence benefit generation,and fail to satisfy water demand in wintertime.Based on historical data and the law of ice development,dynamic water regulation and optimal control were adopted for the first time during the icy period of 2021 to 2022.Temperature,water temperature and ice conditions were predicted in advance.Through optimized regulation,increase of time and scope of water transfer in a scientific way,the diverted water in three months of winter increased by 338 million m^(3) compared with the plan for the same period.At the same time,water diversion during the freezing period was completed safely and effectively.
