解析烧碱、聚氯乙烯行业污水与中水回用

摘要 对于氯碱企业而言,需要对污水排放节点的水质进行充分分析,并采用源头治理和中水回用的方式,以此有效转换企业内部资源,实现互通互补。在氯碱化工企业的发展过程中,需要有效渗透循环经济理念,并加强科技创新,使资源的整体利用效率得到有效提高,降低自然资源消耗,实现企业自身的清洁生产。在此过程当中,企业应在生产与服务源头减少污染物的产生量,还应对资源利用进行强化,使各种再生资源与废弃物得到有效利用,从而降低相关废弃物的处置量。在此过程当中,企业应采用先进的装备与工艺,有效创新和优化传统工艺流程,以此实现企业污水和中水回用。文章针对烧碱、聚氯乙烯行业的污水与中水回用进行分析,探讨废水处理现状,介绍废污水处理技术,并提出具体的污水和中水回用技术手段。 For chlor alkali enterprises, it is necessary to fully analyze the water quality of wastewater discharge nodes, and adopt the methods of source treatment and reclaimed water reuse, so as to effectively transform the internal resources of the enterprise and realize interoperability and complementarity. In the development process of chlor alkali chemical enterprises, it is necessary to effectively infiltrate the concept of circular economy and strengthen scientific and technological innovation, so as to effectively improve the overall utilization efficiency of resources, reduce the consumption of natural resources and realize their own cleaner production. In this process, enterprises should reduce the production of pollutants at the source of production and services, and strengthen the utilization of resources to make effective use of various renewable resources and wastes, so as to reduce the disposal of relevant wastes. In this process, enterprises should adopt advanced equipment and processes, effectively innovate and optimize traditional processes, so as to realize the reuse of wastewater and reclaimed water. This paper analyzes the wastewater and reclaimed water reuse in caustic soda and PVC industries, discusses the current situation of wastewater treatment, introduces the wastewater treatment technology, and puts forward specific technical means of wastewater and reclaimed water reuse.
