摘要
目的:研究健康管理模式对感染高危型HPV妇女健康行为的影响。方法:2021年1月至2021年12月期间本院的HPV检测总人数为3274人次,选择其中385例检测结果为感染高危型HPV的患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法进行分组,对照组(字面)195例实施常规管理,观察组(花面)190例实施健康管理。比较两组的管理干预效果。结果:观察组管理后健康教育知识认知得分、自我管理效能评分以及遵医行为评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的高危型HPV感染转阴率以及管理后的健康行为评分高于对照组,病毒负荷量RLU/CO比值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对感染高危型HPV妇女实施健康管理模式,有助于提高其健康教育知识认知水平及自我管理效能,改善其遵医行为,提高转阴率,减少病毒负荷量,且有利于提升患者的健康行为水平。
Objective:To study the effect of health management mode on the health behavior of women infected with high-risk HPV.Methods:A total of 3274 people were tested for HPV in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,among which 385 patients with high-risk HPV infection were selected as the research objects.According to the coin toss method,195 cases in the control group(literally)were given routine management,and 190 cases in the observation group(flower face)were given health management.The effects of management intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of health education knowledge cognition,self-management efficacy and compliance behavior in the observation group after management were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of high-risk HPV infection and health behavior score after management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the ratio of viral load RLU/CO was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of health management model for women infected with high-risk HPV is helpful to improve their knowledge level of health education and self-management efficacy,improve their compliance behavior,increase the rate of negative conversion,reduce the amount of virus load,and promote the level of health behavior of patients.
