摘要
本文研究了一种简便快速的染料拼混方法。根据分光光度法的吸光度加和性,来确定三拼混染料中的不同组分的所占比例;结合染色结果、补色原理以及三支染料的含量,通过综合计算对染料进行快速拼混,将拼混次数控制在3次以内。通过该方法拼混的染料符合国家标准和行业标准。
A simple and fast mixing dyes method was studied.The proportion of different components in the three mixed dyes is determined according to the additivity of absorbance of visible spectrophotometry.Combined with the dyeing results,the complementary color principle and the content of the three dyes,the dyes are quickly mixed through the comprehensive calculation,and the mixing times are controlled within 3 times.The dyes mixed by this method meet the national and industrial standards.
