饲粮中添加牛磺酸对慢性热应激肉鸡血清内分泌激素水平、下丘脑形态及食欲相关基因表达的影响 被引量:9

Effects of dietary taurine supplementation on the serum endocrine hormone level,hypothalamus morphology,appetite-related genes expression in broilers under chronic heat stress

摘要 试验旨在探索慢性热应激条件下,日粮中添加牛磺酸对肉鸡血清内分泌激素水平、下丘脑形态及采食相关基因表达的影响。选取144羽平均体重为(1.10±0.02)kg的4周龄健康爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分为3个处理,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组(normal control,NC,饲养温度22℃)和热应激组(heat stress,HS,饲养温度32℃)均饲喂基础配合日粮;热应激+牛磺酸处理组(heat stress+taurine,HT,饲养温度32℃)在基础日粮中添加0.5%的牛磺酸,试验期2周。结果表明:日粮中添加牛磺酸降低了肉鸡血清中瘦素水平,增加了三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平。对热应激导致的促食欲基因刺鼠相关蛋白(AgRP)下调无显著缓解作用,但其下调了阿黑皮素原(POMC)和瘦素受体(LEPR)的mRNA表达水平,从而减弱热应激下饱感激素分泌导致的食欲下降。研究结果为牛磺酸作为动物营养调控添加剂提供一定的理论依据。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary taurine supplementation on the serum endocrine hormone levels,hypothalamus morphology and appetite-related genes expression in broilers under chronic heat stress.One hundred and forty-four 28-day-old healthy Arbor Acres(AA)broilers with an average body weight of(1.10±0.02)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 8 broilers per replicate.The control group(NC,at stocking temperature of 22℃)and the heat stress group(HS,at stocking temperature of 32℃)were fed with basal compound diet.The heat stress+taurine group(HT,at 32℃)was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.5 taurine.The experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed that dietary supplementation of taurine had no significant effect on the down-regulation of AgRP induced by heat stress,but it down-regulated the mRNA expression levels of POMC and LEPR;and that it had no significant relief effect on the down-regulation of appetite promoting gene AgRP induced by heat stress,but it down-regulated the mRNA expression levels of POMC and LEPR,thus attenuating the anorexia effects caused by those genes under heat stress.This study provided a theoretical basis for taurine used as an additive for animal nutrition regulation.
