摘要
针对连杆编码人眼识别易产生疲劳、出现漏判风险的问题,设计了基于PLC和机器视觉技术的连杆编码一致性自动判别系统。该系统包括上位机PLC和机器视觉系统两部分,PLC发送图像采集信号,接收机器视觉系统反馈的结果,并决策放行还是报警;机器视觉系统接收采集信号并进行图像采集、图像预处理、字符识别,判断编码是否一致,发送结果至PLC。实验结果表明,文中所设计的系统字符识别正确率为94.9%,并且能够正确决策判别结果,具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the problem that human eye recognition of connecting rod coding is prone to fatigue and the risk of missed judgment,an automatic judgment system of connecting rod coding consistency is designed based on PLC and machine vision technology.The system consists of upper computer PLC and machine vision system.PLC sends image acquisition signal,receives the feedback results of machine vision system,and decides whether to release or alarm.The machine vision system receives the acquisition signal for image acquisition,image preprocessing,character recognition,judges whether the codes are consistent,and sends the results to PLC.Experimental results show that the character recognition accuracy rate of the system designed is 94.9%in this paper,and can correctly decide the discrimination results,which has a certain application value.
