摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)以其优异的力学性能和功能性,在航空航天、电子等领域发挥重要作用。文章制备一种片状聚氨酯填料增强的高阻尼CFRP,并研究不同含量片状聚氨酯填料对CFRP力学和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:片状填料含量为1%时,CFRP的弯曲强度与不加片状聚氨酯填料相比提高14.4%,达到937.69 MPa。片状聚氨酯填料含量为3%时,CFRP层间剪切强度比不加片状聚氨酯填料提高12.07%,为52 MPa。CFRP的阻尼性能随片状聚氨酯填料含量的增加而增加,片状聚氨酯填料含量为10%时,CFRP的阻尼比为3.29%。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)plays an important role in aerospace,electronics and other fields due to its excellent mechanical properties and functionality.A high damping CFRP reinforced by flake polyurethane filler was prepared,and the effects of different content of flake polyurethane filler on the mechanical and damping properties of CFRP were studied.The results show that the flexural strength of CFRP increases by 14.4%to 937.69 MPa,when the content of flake polyurethane filler is 1%.When the content of flake polyurethane filler is 3%,the interlaminar shear strength of CFRP is 12.07%higher than that without flake polyurethane filler,which is 52 MPa.The damping properties of CFRP increase with the increase of the content of flake polyurethane filler.When the content of flake polyurethane filler is 10%,the damping ratio of CFRP is 3.29%.
