摘要
光伏产业是我国战略性新兴产业之一,也是新能源产业的重要组成部分,对于我国推动能源结构调整、推进能源生产和消费革命具有重大意义。本文对我国光伏产业发展政策的时间脉络、政策类型和主要内容进行了系统分析,梳理了政策现状,总结了存在问题,提出了对应措施,为我国光伏产业优化完善政策实践提供了相关支撑。
Photovoltaic industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in our country,dispatching,it is also an important part of the new energy industry.This paper systematically analyzes the time context,policy types and main contents of China’s photovoltaic industry development policy,combs the current situation of the policy,summarizes the existing problems,and provides relevant support for the solar photovoltaic industry to optimize and improve the policy practice.
