Research on performance calculation of small and high-speed axial flow fan based on NUMECA turbulence model

摘要 基于NUMECA软件不同的湍流方程,对小型高速轴流风机的设计工况下空气动力性能进行了数值计算,通过代数方程、一方程、两方程、四方程湍流模型计算,获得了该风机性能预测结果。将数值计算结果与试验值进行了对比,得出了不同湍流模型下性能预测结果的准确性。 Based on different NUMECA turbulence model,numerical simulation is given to the aerodynamic performance of a small high-speed axial flow fan under the design conditions.The prediction results were obtained by algebraic equation,one-equation,two-equation,and four-equation turbulence models.The accuracy of aerodynamic performance results under different turbulence models is obtained by comparing the numerical calculation results with the experimental results,which provides valuable information for the performance prediction of this kind of fan and a reliable basis for design and calculation of similar fans.
