摘要
在泵站设计工作中,水泵工况点的确定是校核所选水泵是否合适的重要方法。水泵工况点的确定方法有多种,一般图解法使用较多。本文基于数据读取软件,介绍了一种可以大大提高利用图解法求解水泵运行工况点精度的方法。最后以老鸭滩排涝泵站工程为例,验证了该方法的合理性,并利用该方法快速且精准地确定了该算例所选水泵的工况点,校核出所选水泵处于该水泵的高效率区,说明该泵站选择该水泵是合适的,同时也说明该方法合理可行。
In the design of pump station,the determination of pump operating point is an important method to check whether the selected pump is suitable.There are many ways to determine the pump operating point,and the general graphic method is most commonly used.Based on the data reading software,this paper introduces a method which can greatly improve the accuracy of pump operating points by using the graphic method.Finally,the rationality of the method is verified by taking Laoyatan drainage pump as an example,and the operating point of the pump selected in the example is determined quickly and accurately by using the method,and it is checked that the selected pump is in the high efficiency area of the pump,which shows that it is appropriate to select the pump for the pumping station,and also shows that the method is reasonable and feasible.
