摘要
目的探讨芪蛭通络胶囊联合针灸治疗中风恢复期气虚血瘀兼阴虚证患者的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2021年1月收治的86例中风恢复期气虚血瘀兼阴虚证患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规西药加针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用芪蛭通络胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的颈内动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、时间平均血流速度(TAV)高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)水平、血管性血友病因子(vWF)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪蛭通络胶囊联合针灸治疗中风恢复期气虚血瘀兼阴虚证的效果满意,能改善颈内动脉血流动力学参数及血管内皮损伤指标,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of Qizhi Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and Yin deficiency syndrome in stroke recovery period.Methods Eighty-six patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and Yin deficiency syndrome in stroke recovery period admitted from September 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Qizhi Tongluo capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and time average velocity(TAV)of internal carotid artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the endothelin-1(ET-1)level and von Willebrand factor(vWF)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qizhi Tongluo capsules combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and Yin deficiency syndrome in stroke recovery period has satisfactory effect,it can improve the hemodynamic parameters of internal carotid artery and vascular endothelial injury indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
