摘要
文章研究了苏州装配式建筑产业的发展现状,分析了苏州发展装配式建筑的优势,指出了存在的问题,如成本偏高、企业缺乏创新、工人职业素养偏低、建筑质量堪忧等,并针对这些问题从多角度提出了针对性的建议与对策,可为后续苏州装配式产业的发展提供些许思路。
This paper studies the development status of the prefabricated construction industry in Suzhou, analyzes the advantages of the development of prefabricated buildings in Suzhou, and points out the existing problems, such as high cost, lack of innovation in enterprises, low professional quality of workers, and worrying construction quality. In view of these problems, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from various angles, which can provide some ideas for the subsequent development of the prefabricated industry in Suzhou.
