摘要
畸形精子症是导致男性不育的重要原因之一。中医药治疗畸形精子症经验丰富,中医认为畸形精子症发病与痰、湿、热、瘀、虚、毒因素有关,基本病机为脾肾亏虚,精微乏源,湿热痰瘀阻滞精室,导致精子受损;本病多虚实夹杂,虚者肾精不足、肾阴肾阳亏虚;实者湿热下注、瘀血阻滞,同时兼杂痰湿等病理产物。笔者从辨证论治、经验方治疗、中成药治疗、针灸辅药治疗、中西医结合及其他疗法方面全面概括了中医药治疗畸形精子症的研究进展,以期为中医药治疗畸形精子症提供新思路。
Teratospermia is one of the important causes of male infertility.Chinese medicine has rich experience in treating teratospermia,and according to Chinese medicine,the incidence of teratospermia is related to phlegm,dampness,heat,stasis,deficiency and toxin.The basic pathogenesis of the disease is the depletion of the spleen and kidney,the nutrition lacking source,and damp-heat phlegm and stasis obstructing the essence chamber,which damages to the sperm.The syndrome of the disease is mostly deficiency-excess complex;the patients with deficiency syndrome are caused by kidney essence insufficiency or depletion of kidney yin and kidney yang;the patients with excess syndrome are caused by damp-heat pouring downward or blockage of static blood,complicated with phlegm,dampness and other pathological products.The authors comprehensively summarized the research progress of Chinese medicine in treating teratospermia from the aspects of syndrome differentiation and treatment,empirical prescriptions,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,integration of Chinese and western medicine and other therapies,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of teratospermia by Chinese medicine.
