摘要
为了响应国家政策,减少自然砂石采挖,增加机制砂石产量,达到保护生态环境的目的,华南地区某石场利用建筑用花岗岩生产加工碎石骨料及机制砂产品,提出了预先筛分—多级筛分破碎—湿式洗砂的干湿结合工艺。矿石经泥粉筛筛分预先筛出细粒泥粉,后经四段一闭路破碎筛分得到3种砂石骨料产品和石粉,同时其副产物细粒泥粉与石粉可作为原料同采矿剥离物一并进入机制砂生产线生产机制砂,产生的尾泥与泥粉也可作为制瓷原料,通过该工艺提高了矿石利用率和作业效率,实现了资源利用最大化。
In order to respond to national policies,reduce natural sand and gravel mining,increase the production of manufactured sand and gravel,and achieve the purpose of protecting the ecological environment,a stone field in South China uses granite for construction to produce crushed stone aggregates and manufactured sand products.A dry-wet combination process of pre-screening-multi-stage screening and crushing-wet sand washing was proposed.The fine-grained mud powder is pre-screened by mud powder screening,and then three kinds of sand and stone aggregate products and stone powder are obtained by four-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening.At the same time,the by-product fine-grained mud powder and stone powder can be used as raw materials to enter the manufactured sand production line with the mining stripping material to produce manufactured sand.The tailings and mud powder can also be used as raw materials for porcelain making.Through this process,the utilization rate of ore and operation efficiency are improved,and the utilization of resources is maximized.
