摘要
为高效开发利用淮北某铁矿资源,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了选矿试验研究及选矿厂设计。选矿试验推荐采用阶段磨矿—弱磁选工艺流程,可得到铁品位65.79%、回收率93.55%的铁精矿;选矿厂设计采用两段一闭路破碎、湿式预选—两段磨矿、阶段磨选流程,在一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm55%,二段磨矿细度-0.074 mm90%的情况下,通过三段磁选作业,可获得铁品位65.00%、回收率93.55%的铁精矿,并对干选废石及尾砂进行综合利用,提高了选矿厂综合效益。
In order to efficiently develop and utilize an iron ore resource in Huaibei,based on the study of ore properties,beneficiation test and concentrator design were carried out.The stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation process is recommended in the beneficiation test,and the iron concentrate with iron grade of 65.79%and recovery of 93.55%can be obtained.The design of the concentrator for the iron mine adopts two stage closed circuit crushing,wet preconcentration-two stage grinding,stage grinding and separation process.Under the condition of one stage grinding fineness-0.074 mm 55%and two stage grinding fineness-0.074 mm 90%,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 65.00%and recovery rate of 93.55%can be obtained through three stage magnetic separation operation.The comprehensive utilization of dry separation waste rock and tailings improves the comprehensive benefits of the concentrator.
