摘要
为了解图书馆的社会影响,特别是对社会福利的影响,美国博物馆与图书馆服务协会发布了《了解图书馆和博物馆对社会福利的影响》报告。报告以促进广泛支持网络的形成为核心内容,借鉴新经济社会学的理论方法,推动图书馆评估从结果评估向影响评估转变,探索图书馆影响力评估的规范化框架。对比分析其他相关报告发现,图书馆社会责任研究正逐渐成为业内热点,影响力评估标准也初步成形,对打造图书馆事业的社会影响力有较强的启发意义。
In order to understand the social influence of libraries and their impact on social service welfare, the Institute of Museum and Library Services issued the report "understanding the impact of libraries and museums on social welfare". The core content of the report is to promote the formation of extensive support network, learn from the theoretical methods of new economic sociology, promote the transformation of library evaluation from result evaluation to impact evaluation, and explore the standardized framework of library impact evaluation. Compared with other relevant reports, it is found that the research on library social responsibility is gradually becoming a hot spot in the industry, and the influence evaluation standard is also preliminarily taking shape, which has strong enlightening significance for the building of the social influence of the library cause.
