摘要
针对现今双极板存在的气密性和导电性等性能缺陷,通过文献的分析,总结了近年来强化双极板气密性、导电性的方法。浸渍可以增强石墨双极板的气密性,封堵石墨双极板气孔,减小氢气渗透率。增强复合双极板导电性通过去除双极板表面富集树脂、表面改性构建导电通道和添加导电填料实现。在满足双极板的性能要求情况下,未来需要简化和优化工艺,以低廉的成本实现双极板的大规模生产。
Considering the performance defects such as air tightness and conductivity of bipolar plates, through the analysis of literature, the methods to strengthen the air tightness and conductivity of bipolar plates in recent years are summarized.Impregnation can enhance the air tightness of graphite bipolar plate, block the pores of graphite bipolar plate and reduce the hydrogen permeability.Enhancing the conductivity of composite bipolar plate is realized by removing the enriched resin on the surface of bipolar plate, constructing conductive channel by surface modification, and adding conductive filler.Under the condition of meeting the performance requirements of bipolar plates, it is necessary to simplify and optimize the process in the future to realize the mass production of bipolar plates at a low cost.
