Research on Braking Energy Recovery Control for Mine Belt Conveyor

摘要 将超级电容储能系统用于矿用带式输送机制动能量的回收与再利用,是一种有效的节能方法。然而,由于储能系统与负载之间功率不匹配,会造成的制动单元频繁启动、系统损耗增加等问题。提出了一种基于制动电压跟踪的动态回馈功率控制策略,并给出了一套完整的系统状态切换方案。对不同运行工况下功率最优分配路径进行分析,求解超级电容动态回馈功率,并实时调整超级电容充电过程中的阈值电压。仿真实验结果表明,所提控制策略能够有效提高系统的能量利用效率。 It is an effective energy-saving method to use the supercapacitor energy storage system for the recovery and reuse of the braking energy of the mine belt conveyor. However, due to the power mismatch between the energy storage system and the load, frequent start-up of the braking unit and increase of system losses will be caused. A dynamic feedback power control strategy based on braking voltage tracking is proposed, and a complete system state switching scheme is given. The optimal power distribution path under different operating conditions is analyzed, the dynamic feedback power of the supercapacitor is solved. The threshold voltage during the charging process of the supercapacitor is adjusted in real time. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the energy utilization efficiency of the system.
