一体化地埋设备在农村污水处理中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Integrated Buried Equipment in Rural Sewage Treatment

摘要 采用“改良型A/O一体化地埋设备”净化技术对江苏省泰州市某村生活污水进行处理,介绍了该设备从调试运行到连续稳定运行的水质变化情况。稳定运行结果表明,污水中COD、NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的去除率最高分别达到87.6%、85.8%、79%和69.5%左右,出水COD为24 mg/L,NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的质量浓度分别降低至4.1、14.2、0.89 mg/L,出水水质指标均达到江苏省地方标准《村庄生活污水治理水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/T3462-2018)一级A标准,出水COD、NH_(3)-N和TN达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。总建设费用为256 800元,设备运行费用约为0.35元/m^(3)。该设备对农村污水的处理效果好,抗冲击负荷能力强,设备管理方便,效果运行稳定,运行费用低,可为其他农污项目提供参考。 The purification technology of "modified A/O integrated buried equipment" was used to treat domestic wastewater of a village in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and the changes of water quality from the commissioning to the continuous stable operation of the equipment were introduced.The stable operation results showed that the highest removal rates of COD, NH_(3)-N, TN and TP reached 87.6%, 85.8%, 79% and 69.5% respectively,and the mass concentrations of COD, NH_(3)-N, TN and TP in the effluent were reduced to 24 mg/L, 4.1 mg/L, 14.2 mg/L and 0.89 mg/L respectively,and the effluent water quality indexes achieved the level A standard of Jiangsu Province local standard "village domestic sewage treatment water pollutant discharge standard"(DB 32/T3462-2018), and the effluent COD, NH_(3)-N and TN reached the level A standard of GB 18918-2002. The total construction cost is 256 800 yuan, and the equipment running cost is about 0.35 yuan/m^(3). The equipment has a good treatment effect on rural sewage,strong ability to resist shock load, convenient equipment management, stable effect operation and low running cost, which can provide a reference for other agricultural sewage projects.
