摘要
科研组织模式创新是科研设施软创新的重要组成部分。现结合国外科研设施在平台管理、项目生成、项目组织、人员管理、设施使用、成果转化、项目评估等方面的经验,立足于中国科研设施科研组织模式创新实践,从6个方面进行分析研究,最后提出我国要加快构建系统性科研组织创新模式、构建便利性创新生态模式、构建数据科学研究模式以及构建“战略力量+成果转化+产业发展”串联模式等对策建议。
The innovation of research and organization model is an important part of the soft innovation of scientific research facilities. This paper focuses on the innovative practices and experiences of foreign research facilities in platform management, project generation, project organization, personnel management, facility use, achievement transformation and project evaluation. Based on the innovation practice situation of China’s scientific research facilities, it confirms the path of independent innovation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions around systematically improving the scientific research facility research organization model, such as the construction of systematic scientific research organization innovation mode, convenient innovation ecological mode, data science research mode and the series mode of “strategic force+achievement transformation+industrial development” and so on.
