摘要
白细胞介素-2(IL-2)是Th1型细胞因子家族中重要的成员之一,主要由CD4^(+)T细胞和CD8^(+)T细胞产生,具有促进T细胞增殖的作用,同时还具有调节B细胞、NK细胞及巨噬细胞等的功能。IL-2的生成是机体受微生物感染时免疫应答的一部分,以区别“自己”与“非己”,其在牛结核病、牛传染性鼻气管炎、口蹄疫、布鲁菌病、巴氏杆菌病、白血病等感染性疾病中发挥重要的作用。深入了解牛IL-2的结构、功能及其在感染性疾病中的作用机制,有利于对牛IL-2的进一步的研究和应用。
Interleukin-2(IL-2) is an important member of Th1 cytokine family and mainly produced by CD4^(+)T cells and CD8^(+)T cells.It can promote the proliferation of T cells and regulate the functions of B cells, NK cells and macrophages. The production of IL-2 is a part of the immune response when the organism is infected by microorganisms so as to distinguish "self" from "non-self". It plays an important role in infectious diseases such as bovine tuberculosis, bovine infectious rhinotracheitis, foot and mouth disease, brucellosis,pasteurellosis, leukemia and other infectious diseases. Further understanding of the structure, function and mechanism of bovine IL-2 in infectious diseases is conducive to the study and application of bovine IL-2.
