摘要
目的:研究泡核桃青皮化学成分。方法:采用系统溶剂提取法,硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等方法对泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术方法结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从泡核桃青皮70%甲醇提取物氯仿部位分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、熊果酸(2)、白桦酸(3)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、核桃酮(6)、4,5-二羟基-α-四氢萘醌(7)、柚皮素(8)。结论:化合物2~5为首次从泡核桃中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode.Methods The chemical constituents of the chloroform fraction of 70%methanol extract of green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and so on.The modern spectral method and literature data were used to identify the compounds.Results Eight compounds were isolated from chloroform fraction of 70%methanol extract from green husk of Juglans sigillate Dode.And their structures were characterized as:β-sitosterol(1),ursolic acid(2),betulinic acid(3),2α-hydroxyoleanolic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),regiolone(6),4,5-dihydroxy-α-tetralone(7)and naringenin(8).Conclusion Compounds 2-5 were isolated from Juglans sigillate Dode for the first time.
