摘要
为深入了解航空发动机冰晶结冰现象,开展冰晶结冰适航审定要点及符合性方法研究,回顾总结了冰晶结冰事件及相关研究内容,阐述了冰晶存在环境及对航空发动机的危害性。结合适航规章要求、冰晶结冰事件及已发布的适航指令,给出了冰晶结冰适航审定的关注要点。依据当前冰晶结冰计算模拟及地面试验研究现状,提出了一种表明航空发动机冰晶结冰符合性的方法。梳理了冰晶结冰符合性研究所面临的主要问题,并对后续研究方向进行了展望。
In order to deeply understand the phenomenon of ice crystal icing inside aero-engines, and to carry out study on the airworthiness certification key points and compliance method of ice crystal icing,the research contents of ice crystal icing in recent years was summarized. The ice crystal icing events were reviewed, and the environment in which the ice crystals existed and the hazard to aero-engines were explained. In accordance with the requirements of airworthiness regulations, ice crystal icing incidents and issued airworthiness directives, the airworthiness certification key points of ice crystal icing were raised. By summarizing the current research status of ice crystal icing calculation simulation and ground test, a method to show compliance of aero-engine ice crystal icing was proposed. The main problems faced by the ice crystal icing compliance research were emphasized, and the directions for further research were prospected.
