摘要
文中通过对某余热发电锅炉的水汽质量检验与割管垢样化验,分析一起由于结垢造成的锅炉过热器爆管事故,并给出整改措施和建议,阐述锅炉水汽质量检验定期检验的重要性。
Based on the water vapor quality inspection and pipe cutting scale sample test of a waste heat power generation boiler,this paper analyzes a boiler superheater tube explosion accident caused by scaling,putting forward measures and suggestions for rectification,and expounds the importance of periodic inspection of boiler water vapor quality inspection.
