摘要
采用PBL教学模式进行工程训练教学,其组织和管理包括诸多构成要素。文章从目标要素、人员要素、内容要素、情境要素、活动要素、评价要素6个方面进行研究,介绍了各要素的内容、作用、相互之间的联系,并对如何抓好各个要素、做好各方面工作提出了建议。目的是为了在工程训练教学中更加有效地实施PBL教学模式,以取得理想的教学效果,更好地实现工程训练教学目标。
The organization and management of PBL teaching mode in engineering training includes many components.This paper studies the elements of objective,personnel,content,situation,activity and evaluation,and introduces the contents,functions and relations of each element.And puts forward the proposal on how to grasp each essential factor and do a good job in each aspect.The aim is to implement PBL teaching mode more effectively in engineering training teaching,so as to achieve the ideal teaching effect and better realize the engineering training teaching goal.
