摘要
随着科技地快速发展,医疗技术的日益先进,使得医疗耗材在医疗治疗、诊断中显得尤其重要。如果在对医院的医疗设备耗材管理中出现漏洞,不但会导致医疗事故的发生概率上升,也会为医院带来较大的经济损失,影响医院的正常运营以及可持续发展,因此,加强对医疗设备耗材地管理具有十分重要的意义。本文主要对医疗耗材管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并重点阐述医疗耗材各个环节管理中如何进行精细化管理。
With the rapid development of science and technology,medical technology is becoming more and more advanced,which makes medical consumables especially important in medical treatment and diagnosis.If there are loopholes in the management of medical equipment and consumables in hospitals,it will not only lead to the increase of the probability of medical accidents.It will also bring greater economic loss to the hospital and affect the normal operation as well as sustainable development of the hospital.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management of medical equipment and consumables.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the management of medical consumables.It also focuses on how to refine the management of medical consumables in each aspect of management.
