摘要
目的研究产科护理人员开展综合管理的临床价值,并分析在减少不良事件方面的效果。方法选择在内蒙古兴安盟人民医院工作的17名产科护理人员展开研究,将2019年1—12月未开展综合管理命名为参照组,将2020年1—12月期间开展综合管理命名为研究组,对不良事件发生情况、护理能力以及护理质量进行统计和对比。结果两组不良事件发生率研究组占比(5.88%)明显比参照组占比(35.28%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组综合管理后护理质量以及护理能力评分明显比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理人员工作期间开展综合管理获取的效果明显优于未实施综合护理,不仅可将护理不良事件发生率显著降低,护理人员的护理技能可明显提高,为患者提供优质的护理服务,获取更高的认可,从而使护理质量得以保证,临床应用价值极高,可推行。
Objective To study the clinical value of integrated management among obstetric nursing staff and to analyze the effect in reducing adverse events.Methods Seventeen obstetric nursing staff working in Inner Mongolia Hinggan League People's Hospital were selected for the study.The group without integrated management from January to December 2019 was named as the reference group,and the group with integrated management during January to December 2020 was named as the study group.The incidence of adverse events,nursing competence,and quality of care were counted and compared.Results the the incidence of adverse events in both groups,the percentage of the study group(5.88%)was significantly lower than the percentage of the reference group(35.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of care as well as nursing competence scores were significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group after comprehensive management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect obtained by integrated management during the work of obstetric nursing staff is significantly better than that without integrated care,not only can the incidence of nursing adverse events be significantly reduced,but also the nursing skills of nursing staff can be significantly improved to provide quality nursing services for patients and obtain higher recognition,thus enabling the quality of nursing care to be ensured,and the clinical application is highly valuable and can be implemented.
