摘要
DR检测技术与常规射线检测技术相比具有成像速度快、操作便捷、成像分辨率高等优点。本文对某企业空分冷箱内的压力管道开展DR数字射线成像检测,取得了较好的成像效果。通过对焊接工艺和材料性质进行分析,给出了未焊透缺陷产生的可能原因,并提出了适当提高焊接线能量、降低焊接速度、适当增大焊接坡口间隙等焊接工艺改进的建议。
Compared with conventional radiographic detection technology, DR detection technology has the advantages of fast imaging speed, convenient operation and high imaging resolution. This paper carried out DR digital radiography inspection on the pressure pipeline in the cold box of an air separation plant, and achieved good imaging results. Through the analysis of the welding process and material properties, the possible causes of the incomplete penetration defects are given, and suggestions for improving the welding process such as appropriately increasing the welding heat input, reducing the welding speed, and appropriately increasing the welding groove gap are proposed.
