用碳酸钠从锂云母矿石浸出液中沉淀碳酸锂 被引量:2

Precipitation of Lithium Carbonate from Lithium Mica Ore Leaching Solution Using Sodium Carbonate

摘要 研究了用碳酸钠从锂云母矿石浸出液中沉淀锂并制备工业碳酸锂,考察了溶液中锂离子质量浓度、碳酸钠用量、溶液pH、碳酸钠溶液加入速度、反应时间和温度及洗涤条件对制备工业碳酸锂的影响。结果表明:以质量浓度300 g/L碳酸钠溶液为沉淀剂,在溶液中锂离子质量浓度36 g/L、温度95℃、碳酸钠溶液加入速度65 mL/min条件下反应1 h,锂沉淀率达89.68%;所得碳酸锂用95℃热水洗涤3次,得到粗碳酸锂,锂损失率3%左右;粗碳酸锂经溶解重结晶制得工业碳酸锂。 The precipitation of lithium from lithium mica ore leaching solution using sodium carbonate and preparation of industrial lithium carbonate were studied.The effects of lithium ion mass concentration, sodium carbonate solution dosage, solution pH,sodium carbonate addition rate, reaction time, temperature and washing conditions on the preparation of industrial lithium carbonate were examined.The results show that using 300 g/L sodium carbonate solution as precipitant, the lithium precipitation rate can reach 89.68% under the conditions of lithium ion mass concentration of 36 g/L,temperature of 95 ℃ and sodium carbonate solution addition rate of 65 mL/min, reaction time of 1 h.The obtained lithium carbonate is washed three times using water at 95 ℃ to obtain crude lithium carbonate.The lithium loss rate is about 3%.Industrial lithium carbonate can be prepared by dissolving and recrystalling of crude lithium carbonate.
