用加压氨浸法从低品位铅冰铜中浸出铜锌试验研究 被引量:3

Ammonia Leaching of Cu and Zn from Low Grade Lead Matte by Oxygen Pressure

摘要 研究了采用NH3·H2O-(NH4)2CO3体系从低品位铅冰铜中加压氨浸分离铜锌,考察了氨水浓度、氧气压力、搅拌速度、碳酸铵浓度、温度、液固体积质量比和浸出时间对金属浸出率的影响。结果表明:在氨水浓度3.5 mol/L、氧气压力0.8 MPa、搅拌速度800 r/min、碳酸铵浓度1.5 mol/L、温度100℃、液固体积质量比6/1条件下浸出4 h,铜、锌浸出率分别为81.99%和70.20%,而铁、铅浸出率仅4.11%和1.78%,铜、锌得到选择性浸出。 The separation of Cu and Zn from low grade lead matte with NH 3·H 2O-(NH 4)2CO 3 system by ammonia pressure leaching was studied.The effects of NH 3·H 2O concentration,oxygen pressure,stirring speed,(NH 4)2CO 3 concentration,temperature,liquid volume/solid mass and leaching time on metal leaching rate were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of NH 3·H 2O concentration of 3.5 mol/L,oxygen pressure of 0.8 MPa,stirring speed of 800 r/min,(NH 4)2CO 3 concentration of 1.5 mol/L,temperature of 100℃and liquid volume/solid mass of 6/1 for 4 h,the leaching rates of Cu and Zn are 81.99%and 70.20%,respectively.The leaching rates of Fe and Pb are only 4.11%and 1.78%,respectively.Cu and Zn are selectively leached.
