溶液法聚乙烯装置1-辛烯的效能提升应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,抚顺石化乙烯化工厂聚乙烯装置生产辛烯共聚聚乙烯产品,1-辛烯利用率较低,生产过程中会有粗1-辛烯的损耗,并且由于1-辛烯相较系统中其他物料沸点较高,在精馏塔净化消耗高压蒸汽过程中流量较大,如何提升1-辛烯的高效利用和降低生产成本成为生产一大难题。文中通过探究生产过程的特点,对生产流程加以改造,利用粗1-辛烯作为液体添加剂的溶剂,将生产过程中产生的粗1-辛烯回收利用。经过技术改造,不但解决了在生产1-辛烯共聚聚乙烯产品过程中液体添加剂容易析出结晶、堵塞管线的问题,还很大程度减轻了粗1-辛烯储存压力,有效的降低了1-辛烯的单耗,使得1-辛烯的利用率得到显著提高,而且精馏塔的加热蒸汽消耗得以降低,大大改善了高压蒸汽消耗量大的问题。 In recent years, the polyethylene plant of the ethylene chemical plant of Fushun petrochemical plant has been produced octene copolyethylene products. However, the utilization ratio of 1-octene is low, and the loss of crude 1-octene will occur in the process of production. What’ s more, the boiling point of 1-octene is higher than that of other materials in the system. Especially,the flow rate is higher during the consumption of high-pressure steam for purification in the distillation column. So how to improve the efficient utilization of 1-octene and reduce the production cost becomes a big problem in the production.In this paper,the production process is modified by exploring the characteristics of the production process and using crude 1-octene as a solvent for the liquid additive and recycling the crude 1-octene produced during the production process.After the technical reform,not only can it deal with the problem that liquid additives are easily to crystallize and block up the pipeline in the production of 1-octene copolymer polyethylene, but also the storage pressure of crude 1-octene can be reduced to a great extent,which effectively reduces the unit consumption of 1-octene,significantly improves the utilization rate of 1-octene.Even more to the point,the heating steam consumption of the distillation column was reduced,which greatly improves the problem of high pressure steam consumption.
