摘要
社会主义法治文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是社会主义法治国家建设的重要支撑。一切社会问题,根本都是人的问题,都应该以人为主体,反映人的主体性和主体地位。人的主体性,或称为人民的主体性,这是我国社会主义法治文化属性之一。社会主义法治文化,就是“人民至上”的文化。人民是社会主义法治文化的行为主体,社会主义法治文化是人民的行为文化,具有代表人民的行为主体性,是以人民为中心的中国特色法治文化。
The socialist legal culture is an essential part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and an important support for the construction of a law-based socialist country.All social problems are essentially human problems,which should be based on human beings and reflect human subjectivity and subject position.Human subjectivity,or people s subjectivity,is one of the cultural attributes of the socialist rule of law in China.The socialist legal culture is the culture of“people first”.The people are the behavioral subject of the socialist culture of rule of law.That is,the socialist legal culture is the behavioral culture of the people,which has the behavioral subjectivity of representing the people and is a people-centered legal culture with Chinese characteristics.
