摘要
通过对传统船舶壁挂式支架安装工艺的研究分析,提出一种螺柱型电气设备支架安装工艺,提高壁挂式电气设备支架的生产效率,减少船舶舾装件的使用成本,提高船舶壁挂式电气设备支架的安装效率和容错率,同时起到便于控制船舶质量和重心的作用。
Through the research and analysis of the installation process of the traditional ship wall mounted support,a stud type electrical equipment support installation process is proposed,the production efficiency of the wall mounted electrical equipment support is improved,the use cost of the ship’s outfitting parts is reduced,and the installation efficiency and fault tolerance rate of the ship wall mounted electrical equipment support are improved.At the same time,it plays a role in controlling the ship’s quality and center of gravity.
