摘要
动车组造修过程中存在大量的钻孔攻丝作业,钻孔攻丝作业过程中会造成铝屑的飞溅。论文介绍了铝屑对动车组电气设备的危害,从管理层面、设计研发、工艺设计、班组作业、质量监督等多个过程提出了铝屑管控方法及铝屑防护方法,并提出了一种可以有效防止铝屑飞溅的风钻设计。文中提出的铝屑控制解决方法对相关企业具有一定的参考意义。
There are a lot of drilling and tapping operations in the process of EMU construction and repair,which will cause the splash of aluminum chips.This paper introduces the harm of aluminum debris to EMU electrical equipment,from the management level,design and development,process design,team work,quality supervision and other processes put forward the aluminum debris control method and aluminum debris protection method,and put forward a pneumatic drill design can effectively prevent the aluminum debris splashing.The solution of aluminum chip control proposed in this paper has certai n refer ence signifies nee for related en terprises.
