摘要
简要介绍径向热管及径向热管省煤器的工作原理及特性,将径向热管省煤器与轴向热管省煤器和立式轴向热管省煤器进行对比,分析径向热管省煤器在无取向高牌号硅钢常化退火炉余热回收系统中应用的优点。结果表明:径向热管省煤器的性能优于轴向热管省煤器和立式轴向热管省煤器。
The working principle and characteristics of radial heat pipe and radial heat pipe economizer are briefly introduced. The radial heat pipe economizer is compared with the axial heat pipe economizer and the vertical axial heat pipe economizer, and the advantages of the radial heat pipe economizer in the waste heat recovery system of non-oriented high-grade silicon steel normalized annealing furnace are analyzed. The results show that the performance of radial heat pipe economizer is better than that of axial heat pipe economizer and vertical axial heat pipe economizer.
