摘要
筏板基础大体积混凝土的施工质量直接影响着上部建筑的稳定性。大体积混凝土施工质量控制具有特殊性和复杂性,对施工人员的专业能力要求较高,基于此,文章依托“重庆轨道十八号线金鳌寺车辆段运用库工程15#筏板”实体案例从准备工作、质量控制、温度控制、支架钢管兼做冷却水管的应用等方面对筏板基础大体积混凝土施工的主要环节进行了研究。最后总结经验,从水化热温度控制、复合型外加剂研发使用、模拟技术和信息化应用以及质检方法改革上对大体积混凝土施工的质量控制提出了建议。
The construction quality of the mass concrete of the raft foundation directly affects the stability of the superstructure.The quality control of mass concrete construction is unique and complex,and requires high professional ability of construction personnel.Based on this,the article relies on the actual case of"15#raft of the Jin’ao Temple Vehicle Depot Project of Chongqing Railway Line 18".The main links of mass concrete construction of raft foundation are studied from the aspects of preparation work,quality control,temperature control,and application of supporting steel pipe as cooling water pipe.Finally,the experience is summed up,and suggestions are put forward for the quality control of mass concrete construction from the aspects of temperature control of hydration heat,development and use of composite admixtures,application of simulation technology and informatization,and reform of quality inspection methods.
