摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死后心绞痛采取中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法80例急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者,根据患者入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者接受临床常规西药进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上应用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及各项临床指标(左心室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间)。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者左心室射血分数(48.18±6.48)%、左室短轴缩短率(30.04±7.38)%均高于对照组的(40.21±6.55)、(25.72±5.84)%,心绞痛发作次数(3.42±1.23)次少于对照组的(4.81±2.00)次,心绞痛持续时间(3.22±1.39)min短于对照组的(4.81±1.84)min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者采取中西医结合治疗的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的心功能和心绞痛症状,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction were divided into a control group and a research group according to the order of admission,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while patients in the research group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine formula Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and clinical indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,frequency of angina attacks,duration of angina pectoris)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 90.0%in the research group,which was higher than 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(48.18±6.48)%and left ventricular short axis shortening rate(30.04±7.38)%in the research group were higher than(40.21±6.55)%and(25.72±5.84)%in the control group;the frequency of angina attacks(3.42±1.23)times was less than(4.81±2.00)times in the control group;the duration of angina pectoris(3.22±1.39)min in the research group was shorter than(4.81±1.84)min in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction is definite,which can effectively improve the patient's cardiac function and symptoms of angina pectoris.It should be vigorously popularized and applied.
