摘要
汽轮机在灵活调峰的过程中,低压缸末两级蒸汽流动中的一次及二次水滴,对机组运行效率和安全性造成一定的影响。然而,当前水滴运动特性研究主要针对100%THA负荷开展的。分别采用代数滑移模型和粒子输运模型,对某600MW汽轮机低压缸末两级的水滴运动进行数值模拟,分别得到100%、50%及30%THA工况下末两级内一次及二次水滴的运动特性。研究结果表明:一次水滴直径较小,分布在0~1μm之间。沉积位置主要位于末两级静叶的尾缘和动叶整体;对于直径较大的二次水滴,直径在10μm~300μm之间。不同的运行负荷下,二次水滴在末级的侵蚀情况皆严重于次末级,次末级的侵蚀几乎可以忽略不计。本研究为灵活性调峰下汽轮机的叶片优化设计提供一定的参考价值。
In the operating process of the coal-fired generation during flexible peaking regulation,the primary and secondary water droplets in the steam flowing through the last two stages of the low-pressure cylinder could influence the efficiency and safety of the steam turbine definitely.However,the current research on water droplet movement characteristics mainly focuses on 100%THA load conditions.In this paper,the algebraic slip model and particle transport model mentioned in this paper are used to simulate the primary and secondary water droplets respectively.Taking a 600MW unit as a research object,the droplets motion characteristics of the last two stages were simulated within three load conditions,including 100%,50%and 30%THA.The results show that the diameter of the primary water droplets is smaller,ranging from 0 to 1μm.The deposition is mainly located at the entire moving blades and the trailing edge of the last two stator blades.And the larger diameters of secondary water droplets range from 10μm to 300μm.The erosion of secondary water droplets in the last stage is more serious than that of the second last stage for different load conditions,and the erosion of the second last stage could be negligible.This study provides a certain reference value for the optimal design of steam turbine blades under flexible peak regulation.
