摘要
合成了3种非氟表面活性剂S110、S120、S130,其中S120的表面张力降低能力最佳,表现出最好的乳化效果。选用S120作为乳化剂分别应用于中低氟含量和高氟含量氟橡胶的合成,研究了S120用量对反应时间(批处理时间)、聚合乳液和氟橡胶性能的影响,并与全氟辛酸铵作为乳化剂得到的聚合产品进行比对,乳化剂S120可替代PFOA在氟橡胶合成中应用。
Three non-fluorosurfactant S110,S120 and S130 were synthesized and examined correspondingly,and results demonstrated that S120 has the highest surface tension reduction and exhibits better emulsification.S120 was selected as emulsifier to be used in the synthesis of fluoroelastomer with medium fluorine content and high fluorine conent.The S120 surfactant was compared to perfluorooctanoic acid ammonium salt(PFOA)in terms of reaction time,latex and fluoroelastomer properties in the polymerization process as emulsifier.It is concluded that S120 can be used to replace PFOA in the synthesis of fluoroelastomer.
