摘要
本科生导师制在高等院校老师与学生之间发挥重要的纽带作用。在我国实施乡村振兴战略大背景下,社会对涉农人才有了新要求,因此优化涉农本科生导师制具有重要意义。该文针对新农科发展目标,首先分析了农学类专业本科生导师制教学存在问题,然后探讨了农学类本科生导师制的优化路径,旨在为社会培育更多知农为农爱农的复合型人才提供理论参考。
Undergraduate tutorial system plays an important link between teachers and students in colleges and universities. In the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization in China, the society has new requirements for agricultural talents. Therefore, it is of vitalimportance to optimize the tutorial system of agricultural undergraduates. Aiming at the development goal of new agricultural science, we first analyze the problems existing in the teaching of undergraduate tutorial system for agricultural science majors, and then discuss the optimization path of undergraduate tutorial system for agricultural science majors. These results can be used as a valuable reference for the society to cultivate more versatile talents who know agriculture and love agriculture.
