基于弱磁技术的海洋输油复合管检测 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有无损检测技术难以满足海洋输油复合管中的缺陷检测需求这一现状,提出一种无需励磁的新型无损检测技术。以含有人工缺陷的海洋输油复合管为检测试块并设计传感器工装,检测完成后,首先使用Symlet小波对采集到的信号进行缺陷特征信号提取,其次分别运用三次样条插值法和最小二乘法对缺陷深度和缺陷处的磁感应强度变化量进行曲线拟合,并得到缺陷深度的定量算法。结果表明:弱磁检测信号在管道试件中大缺陷位置变化较为明显,通过Symlet小波对缺陷信号提取提高了弱磁检测对小缺陷的检出率。利用最小二乘法二次拟合后得到的曲线具有更好的拟合效果,并且对缺陷深度定量准确度高,误差小。弱磁无损检测技术能基本满足海洋输油复合管中的缺陷检测需求。 Aiming at the current situation that existing nondestructive testing(NDT) technology cannot meet the requirement of defect detection in submarine oil composite pipeline,a new nondestructive testing technology without excitation is proposed.For submarine composite pipelines with artificial defects detection block and sensor tooling design,testing,after the completion of the first to use Symlet wavelet to the collected signals,the defect feature signal extraction,secondly,respectively,using the cubic spline interpolation method and least square method for defect depth and defect of the magnetic induction intensity variation for curve fitting,The quantitative algorithm of defect depth is obtained.The results show that the position of large defects in pipeline specimen changes obviously in the weak magnetic field detection signal,and the detection rate of small defects in the weak magnetic field detection is improved by the Symlet wavelet extraction of the defect signal.The curve obtained by quadratic fitting with least square method has better fitting effect,and the quantitative accuracy of defect depth is high and the error is small.Weak magnetic field nondestructive testing technology can basically meet the requirement of defect detection in submarine oil composite pipeline.
