摘要
彬长矿区孟村煤矿的中央大巷受DF29断层和褶曲构造影响,曾多次发生冲击地压。为了消除冲击地压危险,通过实施远距离定向长钻孔压裂坚硬顶板,取得较好的防治效果。本文主要介绍了压裂层位选取原则、压裂施工流程、压裂效果检验方案,在压裂区域增设微震、地音探头,并安设锚杆(索)测力仪持续监测顶板压裂前、压裂过程中及压裂后整个过程煤岩体震动活动性及巷道支护力等。压裂结束后,中央大巷复合构造压裂区内再没有发生过冲击显现或4次方以上高能事件,大幅降低了冲击危险,达到保障安全生产预期目的,可为类似条件巷道冲击地压防治提供借鉴。
The central main roadway of Mengcun Coal Mine in Binchang mining area is affected by the DF29 fault and fold structure, and rock bursts have occurred many times.In order to eliminate the danger of rock burst, a long-distance directional long drilling hole was used to fracturing the hard roof, and a good control effect was achieved.This paper mainly introduces the principle of fracturing horizon selection, fracturing construction process, and fracturing effect inspection plan.Microseismic and geosound probes are added in the fracturing area, and anchor rod(cable)dynamometer is installed to continuously monitor the roof before fracturing, during the fracturing process and the whole process after fracturing, the vibration activity of coal and rock mass and the roadway support force, etc.Since the end of fracturing, there has never been any shock manifestation or high-energy event above the fourth power in the fracturing zone of the composite structure of the central main roadway, which greatly reduces the risk of shock and achieves the expected purpose of ensuring safe production.It can provide reference for the prevention and control of rock burst in roadways with similar conditions.
