摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能分析和断口扫描电镜分析手段,对38CrMoAl缸套开裂原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:缸套基体上有数量多、尺寸长的细条状夹杂物,在基体中起割裂作用。这是断裂的主要原因。
The reasons for the cracking of 38CrMoAl cylinder liner were analyzed and studied by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property analysis and fracture scanning electron microscope analysis. There are many inclusions in the basemetal of the cylinder liner, long in size, and in the form of thin strips which plays a splitting role in the basemetal. This is the main reason for cracking.
