摘要
研究了使用真空感应炉熔炼金刚线用原料纯铁中Al含量的控制工艺。设计了4个方案,研究充氧后炉内压力、熔化时间、精炼温度对铁液中Al含量的影响及中间包中ZrO_(2)过滤片的添加对夹杂物的影响。结果表明,充氧后炉内压力达15 kPa,化时间为60 min时,既保证了熔化期结束后铁液中Al含量达到较低值,同时O含量没有大量增加;当精炼温度为1620℃时,精炼结束后铁液中Al含量达最低值,为22×10^(-6);真空脱气后,钢液中氧含量降到100×10^(-6)。中间包中设置ZrO_(2)过滤片后,纯铁洁净度更高,相同面积夹杂物数量更少、尺寸更小,钢锭中Al含量低至10×10^(-6),O含量低至37×10^(-6)。
The control technology of Al content in the raw material pure iron for smelting diamond wire using vacuum induction furnace was studied.Four schemes were designed to study the effect of furnace pressure,melting time and refining temperature on the Al content in molten iron after oxygenation and the effect of adding ZrO_(2)filter in the tundish on inclusions.The results show that when the pressure in the furnace reaches 15kPa and the melting time is 60min,is not only ensures that the Al content in the iron liquid reaches a low value after the melting period,but also the O content does not increase greatly;when the refining temperature is 1620℃,the Al content in the molten iron reaches the lowest value after refining,which is 22×10^(-6);after vacuum degassing,the oxygen content in molten steel is reduced to 100×10^(-6).When the ZrO_(2) filter is set in the tundish,the purity of pure iron is higher,the number of inclusions in the same area is less,and the size is smaller,the Al content in the ingot is as low as 10×10^(-6),and the O content is as low as 37×10^(-6).
