摘要 为了提高超高层建筑转换层的钢平台模架施工安全和现场施工效率,减少高空作业施工人员,采用信息化技术对钢平台施工过程进行监控,针对现浇混凝土施工状态、钢平台安全状态、现场作业状态等关键对象开展研究。通过模板侧向压力传感器研发、应力监控系统搭建、视频监控系统搭建、监测软件开发、监测数据分析等方法,实现了超高层建筑钢平台模架施工安全状态监控,极大地提高了现场施工作业信息化水平。 To improve the construction safety and onsite construction efficiency of the steel platform formwork for the transfer floor of the super high-rise building,reduce the high-altitude construction workers,the informatization technology is used to monitor the construction process of the steel platform,and the key objects such as the construction status of cast-in-situ concrete,the safety status of the steel platform,and the on-site operation status are studied.Through the research and development of the lateral pressure sensor of the formwork,the construction of the stress monitoring system,the construction of the video monitoring system,the development of the monitoring software,the analysis of the monitoring data and other methods,the safety status monitoring of the steel platform formwork construction of the super high-rise building is realized,and the information level of the onsite construction operation is greatly improved.
